As seen in

If you often find yourself…

  • Googling “Why can’t I focus?” for the 50th time this week
  • Forgetting to eat all day, then bingeing at night
  • Procrastinating on everything, then burning out trying to catch up
  • Feeling like your anxiety controls your life instead of the other way around
  • Getting generic advice that ignores your ADHD or executive dysfunction
  • Knowing deep down that traditional care wasn’t built for brains like yours

    Lived Experience

We’ve been there. Our team understands the reality of living with ADHD, anxiety, what it’s like growing up with diet culture or having your emotions invalidated. We’re here to listen.

Our Specialties

ADHD affects approximately 5-7% of adults, yet it remains one of the most misunderstood neurodevelopmental conditions. It often goes undiagnosed in women because symptoms can present differently:

  • Internalizing behaviours, such as daydreaming, anxiety, and depression rather than disruptive behaviour
  • Masking, developing coping strategies that hide struggles
  • Perfectionism, overcompensating for ADHD challenges
  • Emotional dysregulation, intense emotional responses that seem disproportionate
  • Rejection sensitive dysphoria, extreme sensitivity to criticism or rejection

ADHD & Overlapping Conditions

ADHD rarely exists alone, yet not many clinics provide comprehensive wrap-around care for not only the mental health component, but also the nutritional or hormonal aspect.

Common co-occurring conditions include:

Anxiety, depression, emotional eating, BED, hormone + mood conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, PMS

You are safe here to do the inner work.

Hey! I’m Ally.

Like many with ADHD and mental health challenges, I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood by traditional mental health care. Too often, therapy approaches expect you to fit into neurotypical frameworks that just don’t work for different brains.

As a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, I specialize in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy. I understand that ADHD, anxiety, and food struggles often overlap and require an integrated approach.

Whether you’re dealing with emotional eating patterns, ADHD overwhelm, anxiety that feels unmanageable, or burnout from trying to keep up, I’m here to help you develop practical strategies that actually work for your unique brain.
