As Seen In

if you often find yourself...
- Googling “Why can’t I focus?” for the 50th time this week
- Forgetting to eat all day, then bingeing at night
- Procrastinating on everything, then burning out trying to catch up
- Feeling like your anxiety controls your life instead of the other way around
- Getting generic advice that ignores your ADHD or executive dysfunction
- Knowing deep down that traditional care wasn’t built for brains like yours

it's time for a new approach.
July Health is a virtual clinic led by therapists and dietitians, creating the kind of care that we wish we had.
our approach
We offer virtual collaborative care for mental health, currently serving adults and teens across Ontario.
-
Neuro-friendly
Our clinicians work with your brain, executive function, energy levels, and nervous system, so progress feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
-
Trauma-Informed
We aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal at your own pace. Through our trauma-informed approach, we work collaboratively to help you reclaim your sense of safety, trust and empowerment.
-
Lived Experience
We’ve been there. Our team understands the reality of living with ADHD, anxiety, what it’s like growing up with diet culture or having your emotions invalidated. We’re here to listen.
Our Specialties
If food feels like your main coping tool, you’re not alone. Did you know that ADHD is strongly associated with binge eating disorder?
We help you understand the root of emotional eating patterns and build new regulation tools, without shame or restriction. Recovery is possible.
Racing thoughts, constant worry, low moods, or panic attacks disrupting your life?
We provide trauma-informed, evidence-based anxiety and depression treatment that helps you reclaim control and find peace in your daily life.
Exhausted from trying to keep up with life’s demands?
We help you recognize burnout patterns, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild your energy sustainably, especially important for ADHD brains prone to all-or-nothing cycles.
Struggling with food guilt, diet mentality, or messages from an “almond mom” or diet culture that still affect how you eat?
We help you unlearn harmful food beliefs and work towards a more peaceful relationship with food. Whether you’re breaking free from diet culture, healing from food restriction, or learning to trust your body’s hungers cues, we support you in finding food freedom without judgment.
Our team consists of millennial and gen Z therapists and dietitians who also grew up with toxic diet culture, so we get it.
you are safe here to do the inner work.
Hey! I’m Ally.
Like many with ADHD and mental health challenges, I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood by traditional mental health care. Too often, therapy approaches expect you to fit into neurotypical frameworks that just don’t work for different brains.
As a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, I specialize in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy. I understand that ADHD, anxiety, and food struggles often overlap and require an integrated approach.
Whether you’re dealing with emotional eating patterns, ADHD overwhelm, anxiety that feels unmanageable, or burnout from trying to keep up, I’m here to help you develop practical strategies that actually work for your unique brain.
