Start with our medical assessment. If you already have a diagnosis, book with our dietitians & social workers to manage your symptoms. No referral needed.

    For those who don’t have a primary care provider or can’t access diagnosis and treatment of hormone conditions including PCOS, obesity.

  • Medical Follow-Up

    Recommended every 4-8 weeks for continuing care with your nurse practitioner to initiate, monitor or adjust your treatment plan.
    • Virtual video appointment
    • Interpret new lab work results
    • Initiate or adjust your medical treatment plan
    • Prescription renewals
    • *Available in Ontario & BC

    Book follow-up

Eligible for Health Spending Account (HSA) coverage. This service is not eligible under OHIP/MSP at this time, but legislation may change in 2026.

  • ADHD Diagnostic Assessment
