PCOS Patients Deserve Better

1 in 10 women have PCOS, up to 70% of cases remain undiagnosed, and Canadian PCOS care needs work:

  • 66% of PCOS patients were dissatisfied with the information provided about PCOS from their primary care provider
  • 42% did not receive any information about nutrition or lifestyle management
  • 59% received no emotional support or counselling after diagnosis (PMID: 35197027)

so we're here to do something about it.

July Health is the first virtual care platform in Canada exclusively for PCOS. Your personal hormone health team, all under one roof.

Our Specialties

Tailored comprehensive care, unique to you.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Struggling with irregular cycles, hormonal acne, fatigue, weight gain, cysts, or insulin resistance?

Got diagnosed with PCOS, but given no guidance on what to do about it? Turning to Reddit or TikTok for answers?

Our PCOS-trained registered dietitians help develop a personalized anti-inflammatory, hormone-friendly nutrition plan to manage testosterone (acne, hair loss, hirsutism), lower HbA1C and insulin resistance, support your cycle and fertility goals, with a plan that actually fits your lifestyle.

Endometriosis & Adenomyosis

Painful periods, fatigue, bloating, and heavy cycles aren’t just “your normal” or “part of having a period”. Nutrition won’t cure everything, but it absolutely can make a difference in reducing your symptoms.

Our registered dietitians create personalized anti-inflammatory, hormone-friendly nutrition plans that ease period pain, support hormone balance and mood—so you can manage symptoms naturally and reclaim your energy, mood, and gut health.

ADHD

If staying consistent with nutrition feels like chaos, it’s not just you!

When some of our clinicians here at July Health got diagnosed with PCOS and ADHD themselves, we realized no one was addressing the link between chronic hormone conditions and ADHD in women. We were only offered “mindset coaching” that didn’t take into account our executive dysfunction, dopamine-seeking, or the way our brain worked.

Our registered dietitians and therapists provide ADHD & neuro-affirming care: helping with executive dysfunction, stimulant side effects, food fixations, sugar cravings, dopamine-driven eating, emotional regulation, and ADHD-friendly meal preparation strategies for long term consistency.

Weight Support

You want to feel strong, energized, and comfortable in your body—without falling into diet culture.

Our registered dietitians and therapists take a holistic approach to weight concerns: reviewing your labs, metabolic health, eating patterns, mental health and emotional triggers.

We create non-restrictive, sustainable plans that support your metabolism, hormones, lifestyle, and long-term health, without the all-or-nothing mindset.

Gut Health

Bloating? Constipation? IBS? Food reactions you can’t figure out? The mind-gut-hormone connection is real.

Our registered dietitians will do a deep dive on how your gut, hormones, and stress response all connect. We’ll then provide evidence-based nutrition, supplement and lifestyle strategies to support the gut, so you can finally feel better.

Emotional Eating

If food feels like your main coping tool or comfort, you’re not alone. No one talks about the increased risk of emotional or binge eating when you have PCOS or ADHD.

Our specialized registered dietitians and therapists will help you heal your relationship with food, understand emotional eating patterns, reduce guilt, and build new emotional regulation tools—with zero shame or restriction.

Our team consists of millennial and gen Zs who also grew up with toxic diet culture, so we get it.

GLP-1 Medication Management

If you’ve been prescribed a GLP-1 agonist for weight management, PCOS, or diabetes, it’s crucial that you work with a Registered Dietitian to do things the right way.

You may have already heard, but the risk of losing muscle mass and having many gastrointestinal side effects are very common with these medications.

Working with our expert dietitians can help you avoid most of these problems while you’re figuring out your dosing. They’ll keep you feeling good and actually reaching your goals, instead of just surviving the side effects.

stop googling your pcos advice, you deserve a medical team who get it.

Meet July Health

We’re a female-led team of medical professionals who live with PCOS and ADHD ourselves. We know firsthand how frustrating it is to be dismissed or given treatment plans that just don’t work.

That’s why we built July Health—because we believe you deserve healthcare providers who truly get it.

Our mission is simple: lead the future of PCOS care across Canada and make it accessible in every province and territory.

We’re sharing our journey by building in public, and we’re so happy to have you along for the ride <3
