if you often find yourself...

  • Googling “Why can’t I stick to a routine?” for the 18th time
  • Forgetting to eat, then bingeing everything in sight
  • Hyperfixating on your hormones one week, totally burnt out the next
  • Feeling dismissed or being told to “just try harder”
  • Getting generic advice that ignores your ADHD or executive dysfunction
  • Knowing deep down that traditional care wasn’t built for brains like yours

...you’ve come to the right place.

July Health is Canada’s first neuro-friendly digital health platform, bridging PCOS and hormone care with mental health (hello, stress eating and ADHD!).

our approach

We offer virtual collaborative care for women’s hormones + mental health, in select Canadian provinces and territories.

Our dietitians specialize in PCOS, hormone health, and gut health, providing evidence-based nutrition support that nourishes your body without restriction.

  • Lived Experience

We’ve been there. Our team is made up of practitioners with PCOS and ADHD who deeply understand your struggles, and offer care that actually gets it.

our specialties

Here are just some of the symptoms our team of health experts can help you with:

  • PCOS & Hormone Health

We'll help you balance your hormones, supporting all hormone conditions including symptoms such as irregular menstrual cycles, insulin resistance, high testosterone (acne, hair loss, hirsutism), fertility concerns, and inflammation.

  • adhd

We specialize in ADHD-informed care, from executive dysfunction and managing nutrition while taking stimulant medications, to dopamine-seeking, food hyper-fixations, and sugar cravings.

  • gut health

Bloating, constipation, indigestion, IBS, histamine tolerance, or food sensitivities? We connect the dots between your gut, hormones, stress, and overall health to get to the root of what’s going on.

  • emotional eating

If food feels like your main coping tool, you’re not alone. We help you understand the root of emotional eating and build new regulation tools, without restriction.

stop googling your pcos advice, you deserve a medical team who get it.

Hey! I’m julie.

Like many with PCOS and ADHD, I spent years feeling overwhelmed by advice that didn’t take my brain or body into account. The truth is, both conditions are deeply under-recognized in medicine or women’s health, and even more so when they overlap.

I started July Health and the idea of neuro-friendly care because I was tired of seeing women like us fall through the cracks, told to just “try harder” instead of being offered advice that actually fits how we think and function.

The current care available is often disjointed, weight-centric, and just not what young women want. While other health companies may try to serve this space, they’ll never understand our community the way we do.

We have a wild mission: to make July Health available in every province and territory.
