You’ll usually find me with my Kindle in hand, adding yet another recommendation from book club or booktok to my growing TBR list. I love exploring local cafés, wandering through thrift stores in search of hidden gems, and discovering cozy new spots around town. I am a BIG foodie and always on the lookout for my next favorite restaurant. Yet I truly despise cooking and meal prep. A dream of mine is to have a personal chef. I try to incorporate movement throughout the week through pilates and yoga. I’m all about balance, community, and finding joy in the little things.

I’m a Nurse Practitioner who is deeply passionate about mental health & women’s health. I have nearly a decade of clinical experience with a broad range of both acute and chronic illnesses. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Primary Health Care NP from McMaster University and working on my certificate in Mental Health and Addictions with University of Toronto.

I absolutely love to get engulfed in new passions. For example, I once quit my investment/finance bro job because I was really into nutrition and ended up becoming a dietitian, oops! I also adore 90’s Bollywood movies, lifting weights, learning languages and I’m an adventurous traveller (and eater!). I will never tell you that you can’t eat white rice.

I’m a registered dietitian with 7+ years of experience supporting women’s health, from supporting hormone health to pregnancy and postpartum, always with a focus on making eating enjoyable. I hold a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University. I focus on evidence-based nutrition advice, so that clients feel confident and empowered in their health choices.

I am creative at heart, I love watercolour painting and our team calls me a Canva queen. I approach nutrition the way I’d approach a cozy chat over chai, with no judgment or pressure. I’m all about meeting you where you’re at and helping food feel nourishing and comforting.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from McGill University and have a highly clinical background in inpatient general medicine. I provide evidence-based, culturally inclusive care in English and French.

I’m a foodie, coffee lover, dog mom to Luna, and (unfortunately) a Leafs hockey fan. I enjoy a reality TV marathon on the couch just as much as going out with friends and exploring the city! I have a long history of living with autoimmune conditions, including PCOS and celiac disease. I know firsthand what it feels like to advocate for your own health, so I will be there in your corner.

I’m a Toronto-based Registered Social Worker with 5+ years of experience in both hospitals and clinics. I hold a Masters of Social Work from University of Toronto, and pull from DBT, EFT, ACT, narrative, and attachment-based approaches to build something that actually works for you. I bring warmth, empathy, compassion, humour (only when it’s called for!) and a nonjudgmental approach. I value trust, safety, and I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.
